To celebrate a decade of storytelling of Netflix Italy, Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna in Rome hosted an exclusive event. The evening brought together renowned figures from the entertainment industry for a special celebration of creativity and Italian culture.

A love letter to Italy

Following a welcome cocktail, guests were invited to move to the main hall of the gallery, where the official program began. Tinny Andreatta, Vice President of Italian Content, took the stage to express her gratitude and introduce a heartfelt video tribute: a love letter to Italy narrated by acclaimed actress Benedetta Porcaroli. The video featured iconic moments from Netflix’s most beloved series, including those filmed across Italy, celebrating the country’s contribution to global storytelling. Ted Sarandos, Netflix’s Co-CEO, closed the presentation with a brief but inspiring speech, reinforcing the platform’s commitment to producing original Italian content.

The performance

The evening continued with a captivating piano performance by Oscar-winning composer Nicola Piovani, who enchanted the audience. After a finger food dinner, guests enjoyed a gelato experience with a cart from the renowned Italian gelateria "La Romana", featuring exclusive Netflix-inspired flavors. The event design featured an immersive N Library, displaying iconic merchandise from popular Netflix titles, and a totem installation showcasing an ever-changing gallery of the platform’s most celebrated films and series.
