On the weekend of 17th-19th May 2019 Filmmaster staged a series of shows concentrated in sequences of just a few minutes – from the opening ceremony on Friday to teams presentations, the Trophy ceremony and the pre-Championship game show on Sunday.
Filmmaster oversaw the production of emotional videos, dedicated to celebrating the “pillars” of the Final Four: the fans, the true stars of the event; the four teams that reached the finals after an extraordinary journey; the action of the sport of basketball; and the glory of the competition.
Other innovations were used for the show, such as the special Rue Cyr, displaying the team names while rotating, or the holo fans, fans for hologram projections, used for the first time by professional dance crews (coming from Spain and the USA) during the teams' presentation.The Filmmaster developed an elaborate, but flexible, technical system to amplify the surfaces and make them available for ad-hoc videos that were projected not only on the basketball court but also on a large canvas cylinder with a diameter of 9 metres and height of 15 metres, lowered by the media cube, which became the focal point of the show. This technological solution enabled a 360-degree view and the creation of astounding three-dimensional effects that captivated the audience during the shows.The 2019 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four was awarded third prize in the Sports Event category at Bea World 2019, the International Festival of Events and Live Communication. ​
