On May 10th, in the vibrant heart of Verona, the historic Piazza dei Signori was transformed into a stage from another era for an exclusive event ideated by LePub and produced by Filmmaster for Netflix, celebrating the launch of the third season of Bridgerton. The scene came alive with a magnificent Regency-style ball, evoking an atmosphere of grace and romance that revived the splendor of the era. Guests, enveloped in a setting meticulously detailed, were fully immersed in a world that seemed to leap from the pages of a Jane Austen novel, ensuring an unforgettable experience true to the spirit of the beloved TV series.
The evening was enhanced by the presence of an orchestra that performed the Bridgerton soundtrack live, creating the perfect backdrop for the grand ball. Romantic notes filled the air, accompanying more than 100 couples in moments of astonishing love declarations, renewing vows and eternal bonds. This magical touch added a sense of romance and charm, making every guest feel part of a dreamlike scene.
The loggia of Piazza dei Signori, completely set up in Regency theme, and the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet offered fairy-tale settings. The renowned balcony served as a photographic set, providing actors from the Bridgerton cast and some lucky guest couples the opportunity to immortalize their presence in one of the world's most romantic locations. This scenic choice not only made the atmosphere even more romantic but also created an unforgettable visual and emotional connection, symbolizing the eternal love that resonates both in the series and in the legend of Verona.
Recreating the atmosphere of the Regency era: working with scenographers, costume and set designers and with meticulous attention to detail, we transported about 200 attendees into the imagery of the show. Welcomed by an immersive red carpet, with carriages and floral decorations, the audience lived an exclusive experience, enjoying an English-style tea and receiving a special gift personalized by a calligrapher and a flower designer. The event also included a live show in the Napoleonic Hall of the palace, where a strings octet played the main songs from Bridgerton’s soundtrack, accompanied by historical dancers and an aerial performance.
