In this campaign, according to Gucci, Lynch was selected for his “holistic ability as an artist”, and his “professional experience and knowledge, his never ending research for beautiful images, his use of images and modernity”.
The result was a slightly unusual commercial that featured Raquel Zimmermann, Natasha Poly and Freja Beha Erichsen dressed in Gucci gowns while dancing to Blondie’s iconic hit “Heart of Glass”.
