Eni took part as the main partner of Maker Faire Rome – The European Edition: the event celebrating inventions and technological innovation. The main sponsor of the event was The Energy Brain: an immersive experience that explains how #HPC6 supercomputing and magnetic confinement fusion can accelerate the energy transition.

Promoting innovation

Participants include makers, creatives, start-ups, companies, researchers, universities and schools from across Europe, who come together to share their discoveries and creations. The main aim of the event is to promote innovation and the spread of digital culture, making technology accessible to a wide and varied audience. There were three main themes: Innovation, Creativity and Discovery. These areas have been designed to admire and experience first-hand hundreds of projects ranging from digital manufacturing to robotics, from artificial intelligence to big data and digital manufacturing, to the latest discoveries in the metaverse and augmented reality.
