The Egg

One of the most memorable commercials ever made for Audi was produced by Filmmaster and received the Gold at Cannes Lions in 1993. In this commercial, we see a chicken egg placed on top of a car. The egg starts rolling along the car's roof, slides down the windshield and hood, then bounces on the windshield wipers before breaking on the ground. Despite the fall and the broken shell, a perfectly healthy chick emerges from inside.
This commercial aims to communicate in a simple and visual way the concept that a car should not only be efficient and dynamic but above all, it should be able to provide reliable and safe protection for the driver.
