Turista fai da te? No Alpitour? Ahi, ahi, ahi!

Navigating the '80s-'90s
Italian Television Landscape

Between the late '80s and the early '90s, Italian television was dominated by some of the most charming and unforgettable Alpitour commercials of that era. During those years, the company progressively expanded, offering trips to long-distance destinations, outside the usual tourist circuits.
Alpitour's advertising campaigns had a lasting impact, thanks to commercials set in various locations where tourists organized their trips independently and suddenly found themselves facing unexpected situations. The prompt and decisive response of a local resident, exclaiming the famous slogan in moments of difficulty, "Turista fai da te? No Alpitour? Ahi, ahi, ahi!" emphasized the mistake of not relying on Alpitour.
Each commercial was a mini-adventure, a humorous tale conveying the message: yes to adventure, but with the valuable assistance of Alpitour, committed to offering unforgettable trips, free from worries, and full of unique experiences.
