A moment of shared energy

The convention unveiled the strategic direction for the year ahead under the banner of “Next”: a major industrial transformation focused on evolving professional advisory services and strengthening leadership in protection, retirement planning, savings, and investment. For the first time, the entire network of consultants and managers gathered simultaneously in person, creating a unique, nationwide event. This “distributed convention” connected Genoa with 28 additional venues across Italy, engaging all 10,000 members of the network in a powerful moment of shared energy, participation, and collective vision.

A cinematic narrative

New format

The event unfolded through a cinematic narrative inspired by iconic action movies. Each chapter opened with video montages reflecting key topics, brought to life by the voice of Luca Ward. A striking multiscreen stage and dynamic laser-mapped elements, highlighting PROTECT and INVEST, enhanced the storytelling and audience engagement.

The conclusion

Meraviglioso

The network played an active role, contributing video clips that became part of a collective “film.” The convention closed with a synchronized performance of “Meraviglioso” by 28 singers across all locations. Hosted by journalist Jole Saggese, the event also featured key moments with Generali and Alleanza leadership, reinforcing the overall vision.
